Privacy policy

Partance has no account, no server, no ads and no analytics. Your trips stay on your iPhone; only the map side goes through Apple Maps.
1. Trips, stops and tickets
Notebooks, days, stops, notes, packing lists and attached tickets (PDFs, images) are stored only on your device. Attached files are copied into the app's space to stay readable in airplane mode. The publisher has no access to them. Like other app data, they may be part of your iPhone backup if you have turned it on.
2. iCloud and Game Center
Partance syncs nothing through iCloud and doesn't use Game Center.
3. Map, place search and directions
Map backgrounds, place search and route calculation use Apple Maps (MapKit). The text you type in the search and the places of the stops on the displayed map are then sent to Apple, under Apple's privacy policy, with no Partance account or identifier. Offline, nothing is sent: you keep the place's name as typed.
4. Location
Partance asks for your location “while using the app”, only on the “Today” screen, to show the distance to the next stop. It is neither stored nor sent by Partance, and never read in the background.
5. Photos
Only if you ask to sort your photos: Partance reads the date and place of photos taken during the trip to put them on the right day. Limited access to selected photos is accepted. Photos stay in your library; the notebook only keeps a local reference and they never leave your iPhone.
6. Reminders
Reminders are off by default. If you turn them on, iOS asks for your permission, then they are scheduled on the iPhone as local notifications. Nothing goes through a server. Deleting a trip or your data removes them.
7. Widget, Lock Screen and Siri
For the widget, the Live Activity and Siri's answer, the app places a small file (the next stop) in a space shared with its widget, on the device. Partance sends nothing over the internet.
8. Export and sharing
The notebook PDF and the share card are created on the iPhone. They only leave if you share them yourself, through the system share sheet, to the app you choose.
9. App Store listing
The app's privacy manifest declares no collected data and no tracking. Partance sends no data to LaCobble.
10. This site
This site only turns on Google Analytics after your explicit consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics is loaded. Fonts are served by the site itself.
